Palo Verde Apartments
In 2012, A Blackwells affiliate acquired the Palo Verde Apartments in West Palm Beach, Florida, overseeing its operations until exiting the investment in 2016. Palo Verde Apartments is situated on fourteen acres with 276 garden style apartment units. The 226,000 square foot complex was built in 1973.
Sabal Palm Golf Villas
In 2012, A Blackwells affiliate acquired the Golf Villas at Sabal Palm apartment complex located in Tamarac, Florida, overseeing its operations until exiting the investment in 2016. Golf Villas is situated on eleven acres with 166 garden style apartment units.
